Most of us know James Currie from his amazing time at SORTEDfood where he entertained and educated all of us. After his 9 years at Sorted, he has become the development sous chef and head of food for Mindful Chef and he is now the head of food at Dish. He continues to inspire and educate the public through his work in the food industry. James Currie is a true artist in his field who has earned the respect and admiration of his peers and the food community.

James Currie’s ability to bring out the beauty and the essence of food through his photography and his dedication to educate and inspire food enthusiasts around the world is the reasons he has been selected by the panel of the Jury as the winner of the NC Media Global Photography Award 2022.
